Grand Oaks Plantation is a residential neighborhood developed over the last 5 years.
We are located in West Ashley Charleston SC USA, about 10 miles west of downtown Charleston.
The area consists of nine individual neighborhoods with a common entrance from Bees Ferry Rd.
The individual neighborhoods are listed below.

Autumn Chase and Magnolia Lakes.
Grove Park.
Haddon Hall.
Hamilton Grove.
Meeting Street Homes.
Moss Creek.
Mount Royall and Harrington Place.
